Forest School
Forest school (FS) is an inspirational process, that offers ALL learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a woodland environment.
Each week, whatever the weather, EYFS and KS1 use the forest area with our FS Leader. Every fortnight the Juniors take part in FS activities as well as other outdoor classroom sessions linked to their own interests and learning needs. Our forest area is an area where we spend a lot of time, building dens, making shelters, cooking, using tools, learning knots and relaxing.
