Forest School

Forest school is an inspirational process, that offers ALL learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a woodland environment.

Every Thursday afternoon, whatever the weather, EYFS and KS1 either visit our forest area which is located close to our school or spend time in our gardening area within the school grounds.

The Juniors join the Infants periodically throughout the year to take part in whole school activities or to carry out specific projects linked to their own interests and learning needs.

After each session the children fill in a floor book showing and explaining what they have learnt or done that afternoon.

Take a look in our photo gallery for what we've been up to this term.
