• Let's Learn Moor July 2022

  Years 2 - 5 participated in 7 workshops at the Let’s Learn Moor Event in the Trough of Bowland. Some of their learning included the importance of sphagnum moss and peat (climate change); the work of the rural police force and searching for clues; prevention and dealing with fires by the fire service; plucking and preparing pigeons and learning about the role of gamekeepers.

• Celebration Assembly

  It was wonderful to hold our celebration assembly in church on Friday 1st July 2022.  The children shared with everyone the history of our church and we joined in with a hymn ‘Give me joy in my heart’ and prayers.  Following this, the children were presented with their certificates of achievement.  Such superstars!
