Mr Wolstenholme was very impressed by all the children’s questions.  We thoroughly enjoyed our morning and thank Mr Wolstenholme for being so welcoming.

  • Manchester Museums Trip: Learning at its Best!

    Wed 05 Jul 2023

Our trip to two Manchester museums allowed children to get hands-on with their learning.  At the Jewish Museum the children explored a synagogue and handled some religious objects.  They enjoyed hunting for images and objects in the museum.  At the end of the session they made short clips about their learning on tablets.  At the Science & Industry Museum, children watched a Manchester inventions show and enjoyed time in the exploration section of the museum.   Everyone had a fabulous day.  It was also lovely to see the amazement on the younger children’s faces as they shouted out and pointed to ‘sky scrapers!’.  A real contrast to our Dunsop Bridge surroundings.
